Booking in advance during peak times is highly recommended; all our shuffle tables are available to be booked on our website, meaning we cannot guarantee walk-in guests will be able to play Electric Shuffleboard.

Electric shuffleboard is £10 per person for 90 minutes. We recommend booking for 90 minutes to ensure you have the best possible experience.

We ask for a minimum group size from 4pm on weekdays and all-day Saturday to make an Electric Shuffleboard booking.
These are:
From 4pm Monday and Tuesday: 4 guests
From 4pm Wednesday to Friday and all day Saturday: 6 guests
For smaller groups, we recommend booking during our off-peak hours (all day Sunday and before 4pm on weekdays).
Please note, during December we require a minimum group size of 6 every day.

We’ve developed a unique vision system which can only detect our blue and pink pucks.

16 guests can play Electric Shuffleboard at any one time. If your group size reduces from the number you’ve booked for, please let us know no later than 48 hours before your booking so we can arrange a refund for you. If extra guests join you on the day our reception team can arrange additional payments required in the venue.

Children are welcome in our venues before 5pm if you're popping in for a bite to eat in the bar areas. However, players must be at least 18 years old to play Electric Shuffleboard or be around the shuffle table for health and safety reasons.

Absolutely! If your group has more than 16 guests, you'll be allocated two shuffle tables next to each other when making the booking. For groups of more than 33 people, please chat with our events team at [email protected].

Let’s party! Add a note when booking that you’re joining us for a birthday so we can make sure there’s a treat for the special guest. You're welcome to bring balloons but please ensure these aren't positioned over the shuffle table as to not interfere with our cameras (we don’t want your team missing out on valuable points!).

Yes, you can, and it really is the perfect gift! You can buy gift vouchers here. If you're planning on joining us for brunch, you can redeem your gift voucher online at the checkout. For Electric Shuffleboard bookings, please pop your voucher code over to our team at [email protected] and the date and time you'd like to join us.

We ask for a minimum notice period of 48 hours before your booking; if you cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund. During the Christmas period, the notice period increases to 14 days. Please refer to our booking terms & conditions here.

We offer 50% off Electric Shuffleboard and food and drinks for those working in hospitality on Mondays and Sundays. To redeem this, please just show your payslip or work ID when arrive. Please note, our Industry Night discount is not available in December.

Yes, we do! Please show your blue light card when you arrive so we can give you 25% off food, drinks and Electric Shuffleboard. To book in advance, please just pop our team an email at [email protected]. Please note this is not available in December.

From 5pm onwards, we are an over 18's venue, so guests who are lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked to provide a valid photo ID in its original form on arrival as we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of IDs include valid passports, UK driving licenses or any card with the approved PASS logo.

All of our bars are cashless. You can order food and drinks using our app, and they’ll be bought directly to your table. You can also order with our team, either by using our push-for-service buttons or up at the bar where you can pay using card or contactless. We also accept American Express.

We're afraid not – all the focus is on shuffleboard and enjoying the company of friends, family and colleagues.

No – as long as you're wearing clothes, we don't mind if you're stepping up to the shuffle table in a suit or joining us in your jeans.

Sure, we only ask that your outfit isn't offensive or a health and safety risk.

No, but fear not! There are plenty of coat hooks throughout the venue and each shuffle table has an area where you can pop your belongings and make yourself at home.

For health and safety reasons, dogs aren’t allowed in the venue unless they’re assistance dogs.

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have a guest in your party who requires wheelchair access please let us know, and we'll arrange the best shuffleboard table for everyone to make the most of the event.

Absolutely! We’ve got pizza paddles, platters, and small plates to tease your tastebuds. It's the perfect social food, created so that you can dig in as you play (and order directly from your shuffle table!). You can check out our menu here.

You can order and pay for food and drinks using our app, and they’ll be bought directly to your table or shuffleboard. If you’d prefer to order with our team, you can pay using card or contactless. Unfortunately, we are not accepting cash.

Yes! We serve dishes from our tasty lunch menu on weekdays until 2:30pm. You can view a sample lunch menu here.

We’re afraid not; only food and drinks purchased at Electric Shuffle can be consumed in our venues. Don't worry though, we have a menu packed full of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options, so there's something for everyone!

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements that we should know about, please do let us know. We have a handy allergen filter on our online menu to help you browse our dishes. Please note that whilst we take every reasonable precaution when catering for guests with allergies, food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present, so we cannot 100% guarantee no cross-contamination.

Unfortunately, we do not provide Halal or Kosher menus; please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to advise you on the options available.

We serve food from our delicious menu until 90 minutes before we close.

Of course! You're welcome to pre-order food and drinks up to 72 hours before your reservation with us. Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll be given access to our online pre-ordering system. Pre-ordered drinks will be on ice, ready for your arrival, and any food will be served within the first half of your booking.

For groups of 10 or more guests, we have two food and drinks packages, priced per person, to choose from: The Megawatt and The Gigawatt. You can find more information about these packages here. Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll be given access to our online pre-ordering system, where you’ll be able to add these packages to your booking.

Of course! If you’d like to drop off a birthday cake before your booking, that’s absolutely fine, just speak to our reception team.

It’s an epic way to celebrate your afternoons! Every guest has a bottle of Prosecco to themselves (cheers!) and 2 hours of endless pizza. The choice is yours as to whether you want to include an hour battling it out for Electric Shuffleboard glory or whether you’d prefer to soak up the atmosphere from a table in our bar. Yes, you can; just pop the lead booker’s name in the booking notes, and our team will make sure you're all together.

There aren’t any alternatives to pizza for the Brunch, but you're welcome to order additional items from our main food menu.

Whilst we can't swap Prosecco for an alcoholic alternative; for any tee-total guests, we're happy to shake up unlimited mocktails for you to enjoy for the duration of the Brunch!

Yes. We have gluten free pizza bases and vegan cheese! Just pop a note on your booking, and the team will be sure to provide these for you.

To ensure you all have the best possible Brunch experience, you'll either be allocated more time playing Electric Shuffleboard or an additional shuffle table.

If you’ve booked tickets for our Brunch with Electric Shuffleboard, you'll spend a minimum of 1 hour around the shuffle table.

A minimum spend guarantees the area is kept just for your group. It also ensures payment is hassle-free, so you can focus on sliding the winning puck!

Yes, you'll have a dedicated host and Gamesmaster for your event.

A Gamesmaster runs the Tournament for you. They will get the group involved and explain how the event will work. They can also give tips and tricks on how to beat the opposing team!

If our food and drinks packages aren't quite suitable for your event, you're welcome to order a selection of food and drinks from our regular menu here.

Of course, you can either pre-pay for a bar tab or set up a tab during your event. Please just bring a payment card with you to settle your tab at the end of the event.

We’re afraid not. We require the gaming fee and minimum spend to be pre-paid along with any additional items that have been pre-ordered.
