Reservations

When you make a booking with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

1. If the number of guests attending your booking changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of shuffleboard playing areas you are allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Electric Shuffle experience. Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the shuffle tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before your booking. If you cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund.

3. For all food and drink pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 72 hours before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.

4. Full payment for any minimum spend is due 14 days before your booking date.

5. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://electricshuffle.com/london/privacy-policy and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

6. Please note we allow one booking per person per day, to give equal opportunity to our guests to play. If there is infringement of this, you may be asked to leave the table. Management reserves the right to enforce this offer at any time.

7. PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be over the age of 18, and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.

Events

When you book an event with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of shuffleboards or playing time for your booking to make the most of your experience. Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the shuffle tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you.

2. Our cancellation policy is 14 days notice before your event. If you cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund.

3. For all food and drink pre-orders and final numbers for your group are needed 7 days before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.

4. Full payment for any agreed minimum spend is due 14 days prior to the booking date.

6. PLEASE NOTE: All players must be over the age of 18 and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to our property or equipment.

Gift cards and vouchers

When you buy/receive a gift voucher from us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

1. Electric Shuffle gift cards can only be redeemed in Electric Shuffle venues.

2. Please check your junk folders if you've ordered a digital gift card. We might not be friends with your email provider yet, and they might think we're spam.

3. Please keep in mind Royal Mail delivery times when ordering physical gift vouchers to ensure they arrive in time for a special occasion.

4. We recommend you register gift cards online once you receive them with your details. You can register here: gifts.electricshuffle.com/register

5. Please protect this card and treat it as cash; Electric Shuffle cannot take responsibility for losses, damages or stolen gift cards.

6. Gift cards can be redeemed in full or used as part payment at Electric Shuffle venues on drinks, food or Electric Shuffleboard. If you'd like to use your gift voucher to book Electric Shuffleboard, we recommend booking as soon as possible here: electricshuffle.com/uk/redeem

7. All guests must be 18+ to play Electric Shuffleboard.

8. If you are using a gift card to pay for Electric Shuffleboard, you will need to bring the gift voucher to your booking and pay the difference if the already pre-loaded amount doesn't fully cover the bill. Please bring the gift voucher to the booking to avoid being charged in full.

9. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. No change or refund will be given when gift vouchers aren't used in total, but the remaining balances will stay on the card for future redemption.

11. Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase; please see the gift card carrier for the expiry date. Any remaining balance will be deducted on expiry.

13. If we believe a gift card is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and remove credit.

14. We reserve the right to amend gift card terms and conditions from time to time when considered necessary.

New York Competition

The Promoter
1. The promoter is: Electric Shuffle Limited of 56 Upper Street, London, N1 0NY, England (“Electric Shuffle”, “Us” or “We”).
The competition
1. The title of the competition is “Fly me to New York”.
2. The prize is a trip to our new venue in New York city, USA.
3. The holiday is for two winners (one from the UK and one from the USA) to travel with three friends or family members to New York city before 31 October 2024 for two nights at the Virgin Hotel, 1227 Broadway, New York, NY10001, USA, and with food and drink up to the value of £1,000 at Electric Shuffle, New York city. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (except for the visit to Electric Shuffle, New York city), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
4. You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. Dates once notified to us cannot be changed.
5. The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
6. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
7. In order to claim the prize, you must respond to our email announcing you as the winner.

How to enter
1. The competition will run from 09:00 on Monday 15 July 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on Sunday 11 August 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2. All competition entries must be received by us by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3. To enter the competition you must submit the details requested above, and upload a picture of yourself in one of our venues as requested.
4. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
5. We will not accept:
  1. responsibility for competition entries delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
  2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. The winning entry will be drawn at random using Comment Picker.
Eligibility
1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK and the USA aged 21 years or over, except:
  1. our employees or employees of our holding or subsidiary companies;
  2. employees of our agents or suppliers or our holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
  3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
3. We will not accept competition entries that:
  1. are automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
  2. are completed by third parties or in bulk;
  3. are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
  4. are incomplete.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

Winners
1. Our decision of is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the name of the prize winner and their picture on our social media channels from August 16th 2024 (the “Announcement Date”).
3. We will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry. We will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.
4. If you object to any or all of your name and picture entry being published, please contact us via [email protected]. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Claiming the prize
1. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have seven (7) days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by responding to the email announcing you are the winner. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
3. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of days of the Announcement Date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the another eligible entrant selected at random from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
4. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, or the negligence of our agents or distributors, or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General
1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
2. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
