Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

  1. If the number of guests attending your booking changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of Shuffleboard Tables you are allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best Electric Shuffle experience. Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  2. Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice before your booking. If you cancel after this period, you will unfortunately not receive a refund. Please note the notice required increases to 14 days for bookings in December. This includes transferring your booking to a different date or venue.
  3. For all food and drink pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 72 hours before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
  4. Full payment for any agreed minimum spends is due prior to the booking date.
  5. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found here and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
  6. This booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here and are also available at any of our premises or on request from our Reservations and Events team. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms put forward by either you or us, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.
  7. Please note we allow one booking per person per day, to give equal opportunity to our guests to play. If there is infringement of this, you may be asked to leave the oche. Management reserves the right to enforce this offer at any time.
  8.  PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be over the age of 18, and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
  9. As part of your Electric Shuffleboard experience, we'll send your group a Story featuring highlights of your time with us. From game moments, to action replays and all the great photos captured during your experience, you'll find them all in your Electric Shuffle Story! Your group will automatically be opted into this feature by booking with us. [Please let us know if you would not like to receive this]

When you make a table booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of tables allocated and/or your booking duration.
  2. We ask for a deposit of $5 per person to secure your booking, redeemable against your final bill on the day of your visit. If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is refundable up with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  3. For tables booked in our outside areas, we recommend keeping an eye on weather forecasts. In the event of bad weather, we’ll do our best to accommodate you under our Colonnade but cannot guarantee availability. If you are cancelling a booking due to bad weather with less than 24 hours’ notice we will gladly rearrange your booking to another date but please note you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
  4. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
  5. Your booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here.
